   Products of Proper Quality

   Perfume and cosmetic products belong to a category of goods of proper quality that, under the applicable laws of Ukraine, are not subject to exchange or return.

   Therefore, Silk Thread Professional cosmetic products of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged if the reason is that the product did not meet the customer’s individual preferences, expectations, fragrance preferences, or other subjective considerations.

   Defective or Non-Conforming Products

   If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, damage, an item that does not correspond to your order, or another defect, please contact us.

   To help us process your request promptly, we recommend providing:

• your order number;

• a description of the issue;

• photos or videos of the product, packaging, and the identified defect.

   After receiving your request, we will review the information and offer a solution in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine, such as product replacement, a refund, or another remedy provided by law. Consumer rights regarding defective products are defined, in particular, by Article 8 of the applicable Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection.”

   Damage During Delivery

   We recommend checking the condition of the parcel and the product upon receipt at the delivery point or in the presence of the courier.

If you discover damage that may have occurred during transportation, please take photos or videos of the damage whenever possible and contact us.

   Refunds

   Where a refund is provided for under applicable law and based on the outcome of our review, the refund will be processed after the return has been approved and all necessary information has been received from the customer.

   The method and timing of the refund are determined in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine and the payment method used for the order.
